1. Platform Ownership
All platform code and infrastructure of Invitorio belongs to E.G.M. Inter-Quantum Investments Ltd.
2. Protected Assets
The following are protected by copyright, trademark and related laws and may not be copied or reused without permission:
- The Invitorio logo and brand;
- The user interface and its components;
- Invitation templates and their layouts;
- Graphics, illustrations and decorations;
- Animations and motion design;
- Visual designs and the overall look and feel.
3. Your Invitations
You own the invitations you create using Invitorio — including your text, photos and event details. You may download, print and share them as you wish, subject to the License Agreement.
4. Upload Rights
You may upload your own content only if you own the rights to it, or have permission from the rights holder. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded photos, videos and audio do not infringe third-party rights or the privacy of identifiable people.
5. Copyright Violations
Copyright or trademark violations may result in content removal and account termination. To report infringement, contact info@invitorio.com with details of the work and its location.
